AUSLIG has established an FTP site for National Agencies participating in the GPS observation campaign who have FTP capability to upload the RINEX data files. The details of the FTP site are:
FTP host name: ftp.auslig.gov.au
User name: aprgp
Password: 97data
directory: gpsdata
(note: all in lower case)
Those Agencies that do not have FTP capability may either copy the RINEX data files to Compact Disc (CD) or compress the RINEX data files (using for example PKZIP) and copy them to 1.4Mb DOS format 3.5 inch diskettes. The CDs or diskettes can be sent to AUSLIG using the postal service or a courier service.
Please contact the APRGP97 Coordinators if you have any questions about sending the RINEX data files to AUSLIG.
National Agencies are requested to complete the APRGP97 GPS Occupation Report form attached for each GPS site occupied. Please return the completed forms to the APRGP97 Coordinators at AUSLIG.
I remind all participants that the GPS RINEX data and APRGP97 GPS Occupation Report forms need to be supplied to AUSLIG by 10 November 1997 to enable distribution to participating processing agencies by 1 December 1997.
